Enrollment Process and Fees
ENROLLMENT FOR 2026-2027 WILL OPEN APRIL 1, 2026
Because we provide highly individualized and specialized instruction tailored to each student, we ask that you carefully review the information below before beginning the application and enrollment process.
*Renner Academy is not participating in the Texas Education Freedom Act.
Enrollment Fee: $250:
There will be an enrollment fee of $250. Completion of this packet and submission of the enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s spot. With the exception of the enrollment fee, no other fees or payments will be drafted at the time of enrollment. On your end, you will be asked to select your desired payment plan and payment method.
Tuition Information for the 2026–2027 School Year
Full-Time Program (K–8)
Full-time enrollment includes Monday through Thursday classes and Friday Enrichment. Families may choose to opt out of Friday Enrichment; however, full-time tuition remains the same. Financial assistance is available for full-time applicants. Also, families may apply for our individual scholarships, which open April 13, 2026.

Please note the Supplies & Curriculum fee can either be paid in full upon enrollment, or split into two payments, due in June and December.

Part-Time Program (K–8)
Part-Time Program enrollment includes four consecutive classes Monday through Thursday, with the option to add Friday at an additional cost. A part-time enrollment form will be provided, allowing families to rank their preferred schedule and elective choice. These preferences will be considered during the scheduling process. Financial assistance IS NOT available for the Part-Time Program, but families MAY apply for our individual scholarships, which opens April 13, 2026.
- Tuition: $13,200 (M–Th) or $13,700 (M–Fri)
- Schedule: 4 consecutive classes (Math / ELAR / Language Lab / Elective), Lunch and Advisory
- Note: Electives choices include science, social studies, OR Enrichment.
- Schedules Options: 8:50 AM – 1:30 PM OR 10:40 AM – 3:30 PM
Note: 16 part-time total seats are available. AM seats or PM seats are dependent on scheduling.

4-Day RSA - Financial assistance and individual scholarships. Applications for an individual scholarship open April 13, 2026.

*Tuition for full-time, part-time, and RSA covers group instruction only; optional one-on-one and dyslexia intervention instruction is available at an additional cost. This is a per-year cost that can be applied to your chosen tuition payment plan.

*Renner Academy offers a multi-family discount. Each sibling enrolled after the first initial full tuition enrollment will receive a 10% discount.
*Renner Academy will manually finalize all payment plans, including financial assistance, discounts, and/or scholarships based on your selected frequencey and method. You will receive a subsequent email with your exact payment dates and amounts.
Curriculum and Materials Fee:
This fee covers the cost of field trips, instructional resources, and typical school supplies such as pencils, crayons, folders, art supplies, etc. This fee is due by JUNE 15, 2026 or within 10 days of enrollment if mid-year.
*Student iPads are not included in the materials fee and must be provided by the parent/guardian.
Payment Plan Fee:
All payments must be set up through the FACTS system. FACTS charges a $55 fee for this service. This fee will not be charged until Renner Academy manually finalizes your payment plan.
Families who enroll before May 15, 2026 may choose from the following tuition payment schedules:
- 12-month plan: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027
- 10-month plan: July 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027
- Bi-yearly payments: July 2026 & December 2026
- Paid in full: July 2026
Debit/Credit Card Processing Fee:
If you select ACH as your payment method, there is a $0.85 per transaction. If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, FACTS will charge a convenience fee of 2.95%.
Tuition Assistance/Scholarships:
A required nonrefundable fee of $40 will apply for families wishing to apply for tuition assistance. A separate application for financial aid will need to be completed using the FACTS Financial Aid system at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4P68S. If the application is approved, your tuition will be adjusted within the FACTS system. Please note, you will be responsible for full tuition if the application is denied. Families will be contacted on the decision of acceptance or denial of a submitted application.
Returning Families:
If you plan to apply for tuition assistance, we recommend that you start the FACTS Financial Aid application at the same time as submitting your reenrollment packet. By starting the financial aid application, we will know to wait to finalize your payment agreement. Once your information has been verified, the scholarship committee will make a decision to either grant or deny financial aid. If the financial aid is approved, you must accept the offer, and we will finalize your payment plan to reflect your award amount.
Returning and New Students:
All families must complete an enrollment/reenrollment packet for each attending child on FACTS. Current families will receive an email with the link for reenrollment. New families will receive this link AFTER the application has been accepted.
