Academics and Experiences
Renner Academy is committed to providing comprehensive and rigorous academics.
Students receive core subjects of math, science, language arts, and social studies, as well as an enrichment class and Literacy Lab. In the Literacy Lab, students are exposed to highly structured evidence-based dyslexia intervention.
Students receive instruction in small class sizes, which are organized according to student ability.

Renner Academy utilizes Friday as Enrichment Day that incorporates STEAM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Art/Math) activities. This is a great way to expose students to a variety of activities that they might not encounter during their regular academic classes.
STEAM activities can help students develop inquiry skills and creative self-expression, while problem-based learning can help them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
