New Family Application Process

2024-2025 APPLICATIONS OPEN APRIL 1, 2024

It is our goal to provide a superior learning experience customized to the needs of each of our students. To ensure we are the perfect fit for your child, we have designed this multi-step registration process to be completed by each prospective family. Should you have any questions related to the enrollment process, please email Jodi Renner, Managing Director, at jodi@renneracademy.org

Schedule a tour of our school:

Address: 6134 Imperial Loop Drive, College Station, TX 77845. Tours are offered by appointment only.

Complete application and submit $150 (nonrefundable) application fee online:

Complete financial aid application after acceptance of application:

If you know that you will need tuition assistance, we recommend that you complete the FACTS Financial Aid application at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4P68S. The system has to verify your information before the scholarship committee can make a decision. The verification and approval process can take a few weeks.

Share supporting documents:

We highly encourage families to share any documentation of items such as school work, IEP’s, Accommodations, etc.

Complete skills assessment and complete any additional testing needed for academic placement:

After we review the data from the assessments along with any additional data and information you share with us, we will determine whether we currently have an appropriate academic placement. If we believe we have a viable placement option, we will proceed with the application process. If we do not have an appropriate placement available, we will place the student on our waitlist until another placement opportunity becomes available.

Schedule “Shadow Day” or Student Interview:

If applying mid-year, we will schedule a “Shadow Day” for your child to attend a full day of school to ensure that the placement is a good fit for all. If applying during the summer, instead of a “Shadow Day,” a student interview will be required at the time of the admissions meeting.

Attend an admissions meeting with Renner Academy Admissions Department.

An official letter will be sent via email to indicate the status of the student’s application. The application may be accepted, waitlisted, or non-acceptance.

Upon the offer of acceptance has been sent, the family may accept the offer and complete the enrollment process via FACTS.

Once all enrollment documents and fees have been received, the student can begin attending classes.
